What are your shipping methods and delivery times?

  • US Domestic - Regular: 1-4 business days (Carrier: USPS)
  • US Domestic - Express: 1-3 business days (Carrier: FedEx)
  • International - Zone 1 (Canada): 2-5 business days (Carrier: FedEx)
  • International - Zone 2: 2-5 business days (Carrier: FedEx)

Can I drink or eat something with an oral strip in my moulth?

The short answer is: you can, but should you? No! Our oral strips are made to fully dissolve by themselves to provide the full benefit. The nerdy answer is that food or liquids can affect the absorption of oral strips by diluting saliva, altering pH levels, or coating mucous membranes, potentially delaying or reducing absorption.

Are there any product restrictions?

Yes, certain products like melatonin cannot be shipped to specific countries due to legal restrictions. These include the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and others. Pease check out our Product Availability restrictions page.

What are your return and refund policies?

You can return your item within 30 days if:

  • It’s unopened and unused.
  • It’s in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include opened consumables, sale items, and gift cards. To initiate a return, email us at support@palettez.com.

How do I start a return?

  • Step 2: We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back using the label we provide.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@palettez.com. We will resolve the issue quickly.

How do we handle customs import fees for international orders?

Customs and import fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been prepared but not yet shipped cannot be refunded. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

How long does it take for the oral strips to dissolve?

It should take about 1 minute and 30 seconds, for the strips to dissolve on your tongue.
